Visit New Smyrna Beach

Conducted a facility assessment for Visit NSB and the key communities they serve. Accurately identifying valuable assets for sports tourism and making recommendations on improvements to help with increasing developing the sports tourism market. Conducted a marketing analysis and SWOT analysis, and made presentations to stakeholders on the value of sports tourism.

World Corporate Games

Worked directly in the community to develop relationships with potential local sponsors to support the event budget. Served as the liaison with the Houston chapter or UNICEF and their board to the Harris County Houston Sports Commission to increase awareness of the UNICEF mission as a financial recipient of the event. Worked as an event manager for basketball during the as part of the WCG event.

Polk County Sports Marketing

Provided an assessment of current facilities for expansion of core sports market. Developed plan for opening new markets and support assets needed. Implemented a business development plan for new programming in international sports.

Durham Sports Commission

Developed and conducted strategies and surveys for a board of directors workshop. The workshop was centered around the future growth of sports for Durham, provided recommendations to the board on potential facility development, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement with DSC.

Oldsmar BMX Park

Working with the City of Oldsmar and USA BMX, we developed and activated a strategy for hosting international training at the facility before the 2016 Olympics. Solicited Coordinated with state representatives to provide $1.4M in funding from the State of Florida to complete the development upgrades needed to host international training and host national events.

Provide partnership development strategies and activation for new partners and community support. Provide strategic advice on governmental affairs and coordinate with the local county convention and visitors bureau leadership and staff.

St. Pete Pier- Sports Properties

The development of sponsorship leads to the launch of the new St. Pete Pier. Presented the vision and mission of the pier to various groups and programs to generate additional revenue opportunities for the city. Worked independently to contact local corporations, foundations, and community leaders to promote the development of the pier.

Et Cultura Film Festival

Provided strategic guidance on governmental affairs for the leadership of this independent film festival. Working closely with local law enforcement, we facilitated an anti-bullying program with a national action sports group for local middle schools in St. Petersburg. Developed and activated the event partnership program with USF St. Pete.

Sports Legacy Program

Co-Founder of the program to provide funding and athletic equipment for at-risk and undeserved communities. These communities are located in cities that host the National Association of Sports Commissions/Sports ETA annual symposium. Since 2004 more than 100K dollars in equipment and funding have been provided to communities due to this program.
